We encourage you to take a few minutes to look it over so you know what to expect and can enjoy all the perks of being a Small Batch member.

YOUR SEASONAL RELEASES:
Your Small Batches selections are released in April, July and October. We’ll email you in advance with your scheduled processing date and an opportunity to add to your order or make account edits.

Release Schedule & Order Processing
Small Batch charges typically occur on the first or second business day of the release month. We’ll send two email reminders, beginning the week before your scheduled charge, so you have an opportunity to review your selections and make additions or account changes.
A Note for Pickup Members
Our advance email reminders let you know that your Small Batch is scheduled for processing; they do not mean your order is ready for pickup.
Please wait until your payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation before visiting the tasting room to collect your order.
Before You Visit
Both Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek are popular North Fork wedding venues, and private events may affect our retail hours.
Retail closures are posted on our website and communicated through our email updates. We recommend checking our current hours online or calling ahead before visiting, especially during the busy wedding and event season.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT & ADDING TO YOUR ORDERS:
The Small Batch is a curated club, hand-selected by our Winemaker. While customizations are not available, you are always welcome to add to your order.

How to Adjust Your Account Details and Selections
Your best opportunity to make account edits or add to your order is during the week before your Small Batch charge, when we email you about the upcoming release.
You can update your selections by logging in to your club dashboard or using the link in your club reminder email. You may also contact us by phone or email for assistance.
Please note: Placing an order through our regular online shop is separate from your wine club order and does not fulfill your club commitment.
Bedell Cellars Wines
Your Small Batch membership focuses on the Corey Creek wine portfolio and does not include the full Bedell Cellars portfolio. Occasionally, Bedell wines may be served at Corey Creek to supplement inventory. When a Bedell wine is featured on our menu during a Small Batch release, your Small Batch discount will apply, and the wine will be available to add to your release order through your club dashboard.
If you'd like the ability to customize your selections and choose from both full wine portfolios, we'd be happy to discuss upgrade options to the Bedell Cellars Wine Club.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT:
Your membership requires a minimum of three completed club selections. Early cancellation incurs a $150 cancellation fee, in addition to the full retail value of any joining incentive received, such as the 50% discount on your first purchase.

Skipping a Release
After your first year of membership, you're welcome to skip a seasonal release when needed. Up to two consecutive skips are permitted while keeping your membership benefits active.
Need a longer break? We may be able to accommodate extended arrangements in certain circumstances, including health or travel concerns. Please contact us before your next scheduled Small Batch charge to discuss available options.

Enjoy 20% off wine bottles and tap fills, 10% off food, merchandise and apparel, two complimentary tastings or glasses per visit, and $2 off beer and frosé.
Your membership benefits are available at the Corey Creek Tap Room and online, where applicable. All membership benefits are exclusive to the member and are non-transferable. In-person discounts and complimentary tastings or glasses may only be redeemed when the member is present and may not be used by friends, family or other guests in the member's absence.

Additional Discounts & Exclusions
Some specialty items may be excluded from the standard discount, including certain non-alcoholic beverages served in our tasting rooms.
We also do our best to offer members discounted tickets to select events and special pricing during retail promotions whenever possible.

PICKUP ORDERS:
Please collect your Small Batch orders within 30 days of the original release date. We cannot guarantee that all selections will remain available after this period.

Orders Not Collected Within 30 Days
The original release date may differ from the date your card is charged, particularly if your payment was initially declined.
After 30 days, if any of your original selections are sold out, we will substitute the next vintage when available or offer you a bottle of your choice.
If your chosen replacement bottle is priced higher than the original selection, the difference will be charged to your card on file. If priced lower, the difference will be credited to your account as loyalty points.
Replacement selections should be of comparable value to the original order or higher. You're always welcome to choose a more premium bottle and pay the difference.
Orders Not Collected Within 90 Days
If your club order remains uncollected after 90 days, we may convert the order's full value, including taxes, into loyalty points credited to your account.
We can currently accommodate up to two consecutive Small Batch releases. Please contact us if you anticipate difficulty collecting your orders so we can discuss your options.
SHIPPING:
All wine deliveries shipped through UPS require an adult signature. Member ground shipping is currently a flat $30 per order, regardless of bottle quantity. Shipments are sent Monday through Thursday. We typically do not ship on Fridays or weekends.

Adult Signature Required
UPS is federally required to obtain an adult signature upon delivery of wine shipments. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive and sign for your delivery, such as a business address, whenever possible.
UPS typically makes three delivery attempts before returning an undeliverable order to the winery. Additional shipping fees apply if your order needs to be reshipped.
Shipping Rates & Expedited Options
Member ground shipping is currently a flat $30 per order. This is our lowest available retail shipping rate; standard retail shipping rates vary and can reach $48.
Two-day expedited shipping is also available. Rates vary by bottle quantity and delivery location.
Release Processing & Shipping Timing
Your order will be processed on the date outlined in our advance email communications, but, because our entire club is processed at once, please allow a few additional days for packing and shipping.
Fees apply to orders that need to be recalled or redirected.
Shipping to a UPS Store or Access Point
You may use a UPS Store or Access Point as your shipping address. However, UPS Stores are independently owned franchises, and some may charge additional fees for holding wine shipments or may not accept alcohol deliveries.
Please contact your preferred location in advance to confirm that it accepts wine shipments and can be used as your default shipping address.
LOYALTY POINTS:
Earn one loyalty point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, gratuities and event site fees. Loyalty points remain available even after your wine club membership ends.

Earning & Using Loyalty Points
Each loyalty point is worth one cent. You do not need an active wine club membership to earn or redeem points.
When shopping online, select loyalty points as a payment method during checkout. You can also view your current balance and purchase history in your account dashboard when logged in.
Redemption Exclusions
Loyalty points may be redeemed for most eligible purchases but cannot currently be used toward club selections, event tickets, event site fees, shipping or gratuities.
